Michael K. Williams aka “Omar from The Wire” visits Curtis Snow in the infamous Atlanta neighborhood, known as “Tha Bluff”. In this small hood, heroin abuse runs rampant, violent crime is at it’s highest, and poverty is everywhere… But there is one small glimmer of hope… A woman in the hood named, Sister Mona, is trying to help people in her community by providing food, clothing, HIV testing, and clean needles to the addicts to further prevent the spread of disease.
